Once you have been released from the hospital, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation can help you recover, or rehabilitate from the event. If your physician does not refer you after hospital discharge, call us to enroll.

Fit for Life Wellness Program

Fit for Life Wellness Program (Fit for Life) offers so much more than local health clubs. Staffed by RN's and Clinical Exercise Physiologists, your individualized program is monitored by those with expertise not only in exercise but also in chronic disease prevention, such as heart disease, pulmonary disease, hypertension, vascular disease and diabetes.
