09/30/2016

<Bozeman, MT>Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital has been recognized for the seventh time as a Community Value Five-Star® Provider, ranked as one of the top hospitals in the nation in terms of the value Bozeman Health provides to the community, by Cleverley + Associates, a leading healthcare financial consulting firm.

Bozeman Health scored in the top 20% among similar hospitals nationwide in Cleverley + Associates’ Community Value Index, which provides an assessment of a hospital’s performance in four areas: quality, overall cost of care, pricing, and financial strength and re-investment. The CVI suggests that a hospital provides value to the community when it provides high-quality care to patients, is financially viable, is appropriately reinvesting back into the facility, maintains a low-cost structure and has reasonable charges.

“We are honored to be named a Five-Star Community Value hospital yet again,” said Gordon Davidson, Chief Financial Officer for Bozeman Health. “This award reflects our on-going commitment to providing the best quality of care possible to every patient and keeping healthcare costs affordable, while enhancing the value and financial security of Bozeman Health and our ability to expand our healthcare services.”

Bozeman Deaconess Hospital previously was named a Five-Star Community Value Provider in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014.
