Entrance 6: Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Nutrition Center

Bozeman Health Diabetes, Endocrinology and Nutrition Center is hosting group diabetes education classes. These classes are appropriate for anyone who is newly diagnosed with prediabetes or Type II diabetes, or individuals with diabetes in need of a comprehensive review of diabetes management topics. For individuals with Type I diabetes, please send in a referral for individual education. These group classes are well covered by most insurance plans, including commercial, Medicare and Medicaid.

Topics Include:

  • Pathophysiology
  • Diagnosis
  • Nutrition recommendations
  • Physical activity
  • Diabetes medications
  • Self-monitoring of blood glucose
  • Prevention of acute and chronic complications

To request an appointment, simply click the button below and you will be contacted to schedule your next steps. If you are inquiring about spine surgery, you will need to have your primary care provider make a referral to Dr. Ben Smith with Bridger Orthopedic. Spine surgery appointments are not available through the request portal at this time.
