Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
Surviving a heart attack, having heart surgery (bypass or valve), or undergoing
placement of a stent or angioplasty can seem overwhelming. Once you have
been released from the hospital, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation can help
you recover, or rehabilitate from the event. If your physician does not
refer you after hospital discharge, call us to enroll.
Fit for Life Wellness Program
Fit for Life Wellness Program (Fit for Life) offers so much more than local health clubs. Staffed by RN's and Clinical
Exercise Physiologists, your individualized program is monitored by those
with expertise not only in exercise but also in chronic disease prevention,
such as heart disease, pulmonary disease, hypertension, vascular disease
and diabetes.
Are you looking to ease into getting in shape? This 12-week walking schedule
from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute can start you on the
path to better health. But before starting this walking plan, talk with
your doctor if you've been sedentary for a long time or you have serious
health issues.
Getting screening tests is one of the most important things you can do

screenings.
