Once you have been released from the hospital and your physician determines
your readiness, we can help you with risk factor reduction while you continue
on the road to recovery.
The Heart Center offers these medically supervised education and exercise programs:
- Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
- Respiratory Rehabilitation
- Fit for Life
The education portion provides you with vital information on the management
of cardiovascular health and risk fact or reduction. The exercise portion
is tailored specifically for your individual needs and fitness level.
