Surviving a heart attack or having bypass surgery can seem overwhelming. Once you have been released from the hospital and your physician determines your readiness, we can help you with risk factor reduction while you continue on the road to recovery.

The Heart Center offers these medically supervised education and exercise programs:

  • Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
  • Respiratory Rehabilitation
  • Fit for Life

The education portion provides you with vital information on the management of cardiovascular health and risk fact or reduction. The exercise portion is tailored specifically for your individual needs and fitness level.

  • Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
    Surviving a heart attack, having heart surgery (bypass or valve), or undergoing placement of a stent or angioplasty can seem overwhelming. Once you have been released from the hospital, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation can help you recover, or rehabilitate from the event. If your physician does not refer you after hospital discharge, please call 406-414-5040 to enroll.
  • Recommended Screenings / Risk Factors
    Getting screening tests is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Talk with a doctor or nurse about scheduling important screenings.
  • Respiratory Rehabilitation
    Living with respiratory disease is challenging, but there is help to reduce impairments.Respiratory rehabilitation is a program for individuals who will benefit from breathing retraining to decrease symptoms of their chronic lung disease.
