Community Health Needs Assessment

This Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors, and needs of residents in Gallatin, Madison, and Park counties, Montana. The assessment was conducted in collaboration with Professional Research Consultants on behalf of Bozeman Health, Community Health Partners, and the Gallatin City-County Health Department. There are significant findings related to behavioral health here that may be applicable for working groups.
