A Bounty of Benefits at Bozeman


As an employee of Bozeman Health, you probably are aware that you may be eligible for excellent benefits including earned time off, general health insurance, and access to affordable insurance for vision, dental, cancer care, disability and other plans.

But did you know you can receive discounts on a health club membership, local ski area passes, cellular phone service, meals and more? Bozeman Health Human Resources has implemented the following incidental benefits for our hard-working employees:

The Ridge Athletic Club: A corporate discount is applicable to all employees. Payroll deduction is available to full- time & part- time employees who wish to join.

Cafeteria Service: All employees receive a 20% discount on food and drink obtained in the cafeteria, Second Cup or Daily Perk. Full- and part- time employees may elect to have purchases paid through payroll withholding. Casual Call employees may purchase a declining balance card from Nutrition Services but are not eligible for payroll withholding.

Gift Shop: Employees who work.6 FTE or greater and have been employed by Bozeman Health at least 60 days are eligible for payroll deduction for expenses incurred at the Gift Shop or Care Boutique.

Discounted Ski Passes/Tickets: Employees may purchase discounted passes/tickets through Human Resources for select local ski resorts. Sale is limited to the ski season and prices are subject to change.

Verizon Wireless Discount: Employees may be eligible for a discount off the monthly access fee on qualifying voice plans.

Discounted Travel Packages and Entertainment Passes: Through, employees receive a discount on travel packages to popular destinations such as Disneyland and Walt Disney World, Six Flags, Universal Studios and more, and on theme park admissions, theater tickets, and other attractions nationwide.

Microsoft Home Use Program: Employees have the option to purchase the same version of Microsoft products used at Bozeman Health for use on personal computers at a substantially discounted price.

Hospital Discount: The hospital provides a 20% discount off the remaining balance on bills incurred at the hospital by employees and their spouse and dependent children up to age 18 after all third party payments have been collected. This discount is subject to change based on regulatory requirements.

Birthday Blood Draws: Employees are eligible to have limited lab tests completed at no cost during the month of their birthday.

Pharmacy Discount: All employees, their spouse and dependent children up to age 18, are eligible to receive a 20% discount on prescriptions filled at Highland Park Pharmacy.

Employee Assistance Program: The EAP provides short-term counseling for an employee and/or their spouse and dependent children. Any services provided by EAP counselors are offered at no cost to the employee.
