Bozeman Health will host an open house for the public at Big Sky Medical
Center on Wednesday,
December 9, from 5 pm to 8 pm in Big Sky. The public is invited to attend.
Guided tours of the state‐of‐the‐art facility will be offered, along with
the opportunity to meet the Big
Sky Medical Center staff and providers. Light refreshments will be served as well.
The 51,625 square foot Big Sky Medical Center is slated to open in December.
It will offer 24/7/365
emergency services with a heli‐stop for air ambulance. The center will
include a four‐bed inpatient unit, an on‐site diagnostic imaging center,
laboratory services, and an integrated pharmacy with extended retail pharmacy
services. In addition, primary care and physical therapy services will
also be available on‐site.
Liz Lewis, Chief Operating Officer, and David Chen, MD, Interim Dyad CEO
and Chief Medical Officer, at Bozeman Health will be dyad partners providing
executive leadership and oversight for Big Sky Medical Center operations
and clinical quality. Tracy Reamy, RN, is Administrator of Big Sky Medical
Center. She will be responsible for day‐to‐day oversight of all departments,
including in‐patient and out‐patient services. Philip A. Hess, MD, is
Medical Director for Big Sky Medical Center. Along with Dr. Hess, medical
providers include Maren Dunn Chandler, DO; Jeremy Mitchel, DO, Mark A.
Siemer, DO, MA, and Kirk Weber, MD, FACEP.
An integrated electronic medical record system serving all BSMC departments
will be fully connected with Bozeman Health hospital and clinics, providing
seamless access to patients’ medical health information.
