NAMI-Family to Family Mental Health Support Group

NAMI Family-to-Family is a class for families, partners, and friends of individuals with mental illness.

The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. This program was designated as an evidence-based program by SAMHSA.

The group will meet the first Monday of the month.

Directions to meeting rooms:

Sapphire Room-Park in lot C on Highland Blvd, go in entrance # 3, follow signs to go to the blue zone, 1st floor, proceed through the cafeteria.
