Bozeman, MT [March 4, 2021] – We’re pleased to share that Bozeman Health is continuing to bring fast, convenient, innovative and affordable care to Southwest Montana through two new b2 UrgentCare locations in Belgrade and Northwest Bozeman.
Together with the anticipated opening of Bozeman Health Cottonwood Clinic + Surgery Center at the corner of Huffine Lane and Cottonwood road in late spring of this year, as well as our new primary care clinic for faculty, staff and student athletes within the new athletic complex at Montana State University opening this fall, these new locations represent our continued commitment to increasing access to health care services, identified as one of the highest priorities in our Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA).
Access to care and keeping care close to home leads to improving overall health and wellness of the communities we service and builds on the convenience that our community has come to value and expect from Bozeman Health as indicated in the CHNA as well as our most recent market perception research survey.
In January 2018, Bozeman Health introduced its retail health brand, b2 Care. b2 Care, powered by Bozeman Health, delivers convenient and affordable access to care when and where people need it through its entities of b2 MicroCare, b2 VirtualCare, and b2 UrgentCare.
b2 UrgentCare Belgrade will be located on a Bozeman Health-owned pad site just west of the existing Bozeman Health Belgrade Clinic. Moving UrgentCare operations out of Belgrade Clinic to a stand-alone building allows for the expansion of primary care operations, and enables consumers to have better access to innovative and direct UrgentCare services.
b2 UrgentCare N. 19th in Bozeman will open on Bozeman Health-owned land between N. 19th and Simmental Way near the rest area across from the entrance to Costco. This location provides convenient access to UrgentCare services for those traveling on I-90, and to the growing Northwest side of Bozeman.
Construction on these two new Bozeman Health b2 Urgent Cares is expected to begin in the summer/fall of 2021 and we hope to have them open and seeing patients in the fall of 2022.
b2 UrgentCare currently has a location in Bozeman on Main Street, one at Big Sky Resort, and a small satellite location within the Yellowstone Club. b2 UrgentCare sites are staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, patient care techs, X-ray techs, and a clinical lab specialist. Our b2 UrgentCare teams give compassionate, expert care for those needing immediate attention for injuries, ailments, and DOT and occupational health needs.
The consumer experience at b2 UrgentCare locations will continue to be unlike any other, with a fresh and modern design and a minimalistic entry that offers a calming space for patients to relax after checking-in.
Patients are encouraged to enjoy the tea bar, catered to help relieve specific ailments (with a tea just for children and hot chocolate for those who wish to satisfy a sweet tooth) and give a bit of comfort.
Short to no wait times allow patients to see a provider and start feeling better, quicker. Additionally, with upfront pricing, consumers know how much their visit should cost even before arriving to have their injury or ailment addressed. b2 UrgentCare locations accept most major insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.
We are excited about introducing two new b2 UrgentCare locations to the Bozeman Health integrated care system to help improve access to care and keep care close to home. We anticipate that both new locations will open in the fall of 2022, ready to provide an additional access point to consumers who need fast, convenient care for injuries and ailments such as the flu, strep throat, earaches, tummy issues, and many others.
