Biography
David Koeplin, MD, is Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at Bozeman Health Cancer Center. Dr. Koeplin received his medical degree from University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine. After his internship in internal medicine, also at UCLA, he completed specialty training in radiation oncology at the University of California, San Francisco in 1996. He was in private practice in Idaho for 10 years prior to relocating to Montana. Dr. Koeplin is board certified in radiation oncology. He joined the medical staff at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital in 2006. He offers specialized radiation techniques including Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and radioactive seed implantation for the treatment of prostate cancer. Dr. Koeplin started Idaho's first prostate seed program in 1998.
