Biography
Hugh Hetherington, MD, has practiced at Bozeman Health Cosmetic Surgery since 1999. Dr. Hetherington earned his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine. After serving as brigade surgeon in Korea, he completed a residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center outside Tacoma, Washington, and a fellowship in head and neck reconstruction and skull base surgery at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. He then practiced at Army hospitals in Alabama and Hawaii and in private practice in Idaho. Dr. Hetherington has held faculty appointments at Rush-Presbyterian Saint Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, the University of Hawaii School of Medicine, the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, and the WWAMI program at Montana State University. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
