Biography
Dr. Mitchell is a family medicine physician and member of the Big Sky Medical Center medical staff. Dr. Mitchell is a native Montanan and was awarded his undergraduate degree at Montana State University prior to earning his medical degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. He returned to the northwest for residency at Family Medicine Residency of Idaho in Boise. Prior to moving to Big Sky, Dr. Mitchell practiced for five years in northwest Montana, where he provided inpatient and outpatient care at the local hospital, including GI endoscopy, and a large volume of pediatrics. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
