Mark Deibert, MD, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. He founded Alpine Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Bozeman in 1997 and is on medical staff at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Medicine with honors, he attended the University of Vermont College of Medicine, where he completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation. Dr. Deibert then completed an elite fellowship in sports medicine/surgical reconstruction of the shoulder, knee and ankle at Duke University. He has served as a team physician for the United States Ski Team since 1998 and has volunteered in Cuba, where he trained orthopedic surgeons in advanced arthroscopic reconstructive techniques of the knee, shoulder and ankle.
