I think that Diabetes is truly an epidemic in our society and there are a lot of different aspects of that. Diabetes care incorporates everything from prevention of diabetes, which I have a keen interest in, all the way to acute long-term complications. In diabetes care, we have the unique opportunity to help people help themselves that is a big part of why I love what I do.
