HealthCare Connections

Due to staffing challenges we will be cancelling all future Health Care Connections stops for the remainder of the 2022 season.

HealthCare Connections is Bozeman Health’s mobile screening program - offering free health screenings, immunizations, and services to adults across southwest Montana. HealthCare Connections is pleased to offer the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccination for 18+ and the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination for adults and children 12+. Check out our current schedule and view our screening and service offerings below! If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Upcoming HealthCare Connections Locations

Since its beginning, HealthCare Connections has served over 6,000 clients and performed over 24,000 screenings. We reach people who might not otherwise receive such services. Sometimes, it's a person who has not prioritized getting screened or immunized, but when it's made available, they take advantage of the opportunity. Other times it might be someone who doesn't have transportation or lives in a remote location where it's not easy to access a healthcare facility.

FAQs

Services

HealthCare Connections offers preventive health services, all free of charge. In order to offer our services for free, we have to follow guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). The USPSTF reviews all the available evidence and grades preventive services based on their applicability for community screenings. HealthCare Connections is able to offer services that receive a grade of either A or B from USPSTF, and that are feasible given the physical and structural constraints of the vehicle. You can see a complete list of the USPSTF A and B Recommendations here

We are constantly monitoring the USPSTF recommendations to ensure our services are up to date. Currently, HealthCare Connections is excited to offer the following:
